Experience
Glen has more than 40 years’ experience in the rail industry including leadership in railway infrastructure and operations. Glen held Senior Executive and General Management roles for more than 20 years, managing large complex organisations of up to 5000 people and $3 billion in assets,
In addition to his roles in asset management and related services, Glen undertook review and reform activities in areas of commercialisation and performance improvement. He has overseen several projects in Hong Kong and established a national rail services business turning over $20m per annum.

Qualifications
Glen holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Central Queensland University. He has also completed the AICD Diploma and the Advanced Transportation Management Program at North Western University, Chicago.
