Zea's key areas of expertise are:

Zea's experience comes from:

  • 3 years employed as Chief Executive with the Queensland Government in the positions of Associate Director-General, Dept of Education and Training and Chief Officer, Office for Early Childhood Education and Care
  • A further 6 years employed as Senior Executive in the positions of Deputy and Assistant Director-General, responsible for corporate strategy (HR, finance, infrastructure, shared services, governance and risk management), strategic policy and education futures, training and skills policy, strategic research, legislation services, and Indigenous education
  • Represented government on numerous strategic forums (e.g. statutory Boards and national CEO committees) and for more than a decade supported Ministers at Minco meetings
